The Modules of the Fusion Academy are:

Basic Getting Started Training:
the Getting Started Training teaches the basic system for introducing the products to potential customers, and the business to potential distributors. You learn to Master the Fundamentals
* Get your ViSalus business up and running fast
* Discover the simple formula for massive duplication
* Learn how to harness the power of Vi-Net to grow your team.

While you are working your way to Director, your upline support person will walk your new people through the Getting Started Training while you listen in.  This way your new people have someone with experience to mentor them to success, as you are just learning the business yourself!

Once you are a Director, the next level of training is made available.

Advanced Training and Certification:
As a Director, you now have a team of Distributors who are bringing new Distributors on board. Your Advanced Training will teach you how to do the Getting Started Training with your new team members. You will then do the Getting Started Training while your distributors listen in.  You work on duplication within your team, working with your upline Fusion Certified Trainer every step of the way.

Once you have reached Regional Director (where you get your FREE BMW) , you can then access the

Elite Training and Certification:
This is where you learn how to teach people how to how to do the Getting Started and the Advanced Training. Essentially you are learning how to teach the teachers. At this point your business is cranking and you have Directors who take over the Basic training of their teams. You will teach them the duplication model.  At this level you also learn the reasons behind each of the steps in the training. You learn why the fusion Academy is set up in just this way, and why it works so well to produce top earners from those who truly plug in.

Finally, as a National Director, you can become a Fusion Certified Trainer. You are then qualified to train people at all levels in the company, from newbie through to top earner… and YOU are a top earner!
